Cats don’t really have a home, but goats and sheep have a ‘pen’ or a ‘byre’, or a ‘fold’.

Um, a cat-house is another word for brothel. They sleep in a basket. Farm is good for the goats and sheep — more specifically, they live in pens.
Cats live in a house, or an alley or a barn. No specific word.
