Hi Ernest, you can do without the nutmeg if you don’t like it. It just adds
that flavour to the bread. Its optional. cheers

Hi AvaliDiva, pls use gas mark 150 or very moderate depending on the
quantity and sizes. Cus otherwise it will burn without being well cooked.

I am trying this tomorrow,I just have two questions: can I use any flour or
does it have to be bread flour? Also to what temperature did you set the
oven?

Hi Boobla Tubby, bread flour is highly recommended but you can you all

And we recommend bread flour but some people use self raising flour.
