  1. Hi Ernest, you can do without the nutmeg if you don’t like it. It just adds
    that flavour to the bread. Its optional. cheers

  5. Hi AvaliDiva, pls use gas mark 150 or very moderate depending on the
    quantity and sizes. Cus otherwise it will burn without being well cooked.

  10. Hi Boobla Tubby, bread flour is highly recommended but you can you all

  24. I am trying this tomorrow,I just have two questions: can I use any flour or
