The sphagnum provides both bedding and cover for my new worms. Thanks to Hong Kong Willie for this suggestion.

have you ever like picked up your sheets for your bed to wash them.. or replace them with new ones, and seen those wormy bugs?
Why are they there? It’s not like I’m a dirty person

Man…they are the larvae of something. If you can….get rid of your mattress and pillows, and wash everything else in hot water with bleach. Do you itch? You may have to see a doctor if you have skin irritation.

Everything would be in the garbage! And the room fumigated after the bed is outside.

Hi, I had a friend that got worms from undercooked meat. So I would check your bowel movements to make sure it is not coming from you. It is not a big deal and easily treated by a doctor. Bedding just needs to be washed. Hope this helps.
