Chicken breast is chicken breast. Broilers and fryers are just younger chickens and therefore, more tender when fried or broiled. Chicken tenders are part of the chicken breast that is very tender. Calorie wise, they are the same, except that a chicken breast is much larger than it’s tender. As for any food, you need to know the weight of the meat in order to know it’s calorie count. 4 oz of raw chicken breast is 120 calories. This is about 1/2 of a breast half or 3-4 chicken tenders. If grilled on the George Forman grill with only seasonings and no oil, the calorie content should remain at 120 calories. Chicken has no carbs in it, only protein and a minimal amount of fat.
