My husband is diabetic a friend recomended a sugar called Whey Low for
diabetics. I have used for years. Love it for cooking, use just a sugar
measures. The only place you can find though so far is online. Hope this
helps for people who cook for diabetics or are diabetic.
I just made nectarine jam myself. I have my own nectarine tree in my back
yard. I did the low sugar. I made 5 half pints with only 1 cup of sugar.
I’m just wondering how does the jam taste with Splenda?
Yes Janna come to Florida it is Orange tree time (Nov-Dec) need to know how
to make sugar free Orange Marmalade, and Honeybell jam when they come in
January..
use stevia, much better than splenda

You can use splenda as an insecticide, don’t put that into your body!
