Question by mikewz82: Is it best to plant your vegetable garden in rows, or should I try these new ways? (square foot method)?
On the back of the seed packet it will say how far to space each row, but some of these newer methods like “square foot gardening” and other intensive methods say to plant everything closer together; like the space you would thin the plants to. Which is the best way to plant? Should I do exactly as the seed packet says?
